Privacy Policy

Agentarius.ai is a guide to AI tools. You can read all of it without an account, and browsing does not require you to give us any personal information.

If you create an account, we collect the details you provide (name, email, and your profile information). If you join a waiting list, we collect the email address you submit. In all cases we collect standard technical data: device, log, and usage information. We do not take payments, so we never see or store card details.

To run the guide: to keep you signed in if you have an account, to understand which pages and tools people find useful so we can improve them, to prevent abuse, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, and we use PostHog for product analytics to see how the guide is used: pages viewed, searches run, and which tools and comparisons get opened. PostHog sets its own cookies or local storage to recognise a returning browser and may record your approximate location from your IP address.

Where enabled, we also use Google Analytics for the same kind of aggregate usage measurement. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends usage data, including your approximate location derived from your IP address, to Google, which processes it on our behalf.

This is aggregate product measurement, not advertising: we do not sell this data, and we do not use it to track you across other websites. You can block these cookies in your browser, and the guide will still work.

We share data with the service providers who help us run the guide (hosting, database and authentication, analytics, email) under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

The AI tools described in this guide are operated by other companies. When you follow a link to one of them you leave Agentarius.ai, and that company's own privacy policy and terms apply. We do not share your personal data with them, and using this guide does not create an account with any of them.

You can access, correct, or delete your account data, and request a copy, by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, row-level access controls, and gated file storage. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
