Agentarius.ai (“the Guide”, “we”) is an independent guide to AI tools. We describe and compare tools made by other companies. We do not sell them, resell them, or act as an agent for them, and we are not party to any arrangement you enter into with them.

You can read the guide without an account. If you create one, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

The guide is information, not advice. Everything in it is our editorial opinion and a snapshot of the facts as at the date shown on each entry. Prices, plans, model versions and capabilities change frequently and often without notice, so check the tool's own site before you rely on anything here or commit money to it.

Placement in this guide cannot be bought. We do not accept payment for a listing, for a ranking, or for a favourable verdict, and no tool vendor has approval over what we write. If that ever changes we will say so plainly and label the affected entries.

The tools described here are operated by third parties under their own terms and pricing. When you follow a link you leave Agentarius.ai. We do not guarantee any tool's availability, security, results or continued existence, and any dispute about a tool is between you and the company that provides it.

Do not scrape or bulk-copy the guide, misrepresent it as your own, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to infringe intellectual property or harass others. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

The guide is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any decision you take on the basis of what you read here. The guide is free to use, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us (which is normally nothing) and the minimum the law permits.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
