If we have Microsoft 365 Copilot, do we still need Otter?
Only if your meetings escape Teams: the client's Zoom call, the conference-room conversation, the phone briefing. Copilot captures none of those, which is precisely the gap a dedicated recorder covers.
Which produces better summaries for Teams meetings?
For Teams specifically, Copilot's are grounded in the tenant and integrate with follow-up work in Outlook and Word, which is hard to beat inside that world. Otter's summaries are strong and consistent everywhere, which is a different kind of advantage.
How does governance differ?
