AI tools, in plain English.

No tool is best for everyone. Start from the job you do or the task in front of you. We keep it even-handed.

01 · How this guide works

None of these tools is best. Each is better or worse for a specific job, and that is the only claim we make.

  • Every fact carries a last-checked date, because prices, plans and model versions change fast.
  • What you can safely put into each tool differs, so always check its data-governance terms first.

07ABOUT

What Agentarius is

Agentarius is an independent guide to AI tools, written for people who have a job to do rather than a stack to admire. The market moves weekly, and the useful question is almost never which tool is best. It is which one fits the work in front of you, at a price you can justify, with limits you can live with.

It is built for owners, managers and small teams making a practical choice without a specialist to ask. Everything is arranged around the work itself, by role and by task, so you can start from what you are trying to get done instead of from a product category you would have to learn first.

Tools earn their place by assessment, not by application. Each is judged on what it genuinely does well, who it suits, what it costs and where it falls short, with close alternatives set beside it so the trade-off is visible. Claims that matter, such as a free tier or a usage limit, are checked rather than repeated, and every tool page carries the month its details were last confirmed.

Independence here is a commercial arrangement, not a slogan. Nothing on this site can be bought: not a listing, not a ranking, not a recommendation. There are no sponsored placements and no affiliate arrangements with any tool covered, which means nothing you read is shaped by who pays. Where the guide gets something wrong, corrections are welcome and the change is logged with its date.
