What does this stack actually cost per month?

Do I need all three tools from day one?
No, and the order matters. Notion first: the workspace is the system the other two feed, and an afternoon building its skeleton pays back immediately. Scribe second, the first time you explain the same process twice: capture it instead. ChatGPT slots in whenever, since it needs no setup at all. The stack is complete when a new person can find the truth, follow the guide and only then come ask you.
I already use ChatGPT. What changes?

What can I safely put into these tools?
The floor is set by the free tiers you start on. ChatGPT's consumer plans may use what you type to improve models unless you opt out, so confidential material belongs on its business tiers, where training is excluded.
